Resetting your LESGO password is easy!

If not currently logged in: 

  1. Download the LESGO app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the LESGO app .
  3. Click ‘Need Help Signing In?’ and request a password reset, which will be sent to your LESGO registered email.

Note: If you no longer have access to your email address, you will need to contact LESGO via the contact page.

If already logged in to the LESGO app: 

  1. Log out of the LESGO app (by navigating to ‘Profile’ > ‘Edit Profile’ > scroll to bottom of this section and click ‘Log Out’)
  2. Follow above steps for ‘If not currently logged in’.

If after attempting the above steps you are still not able to access your account, please contact the LESGO team via the contact page.

iPhone or iPad

To cancel using your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open your iPhone/iPad Settings
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription or membership you want to cancel
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android Devices

To cancel using your Android phone:

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, and then Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel subscription
