Hold on to your wigs, because this July, we’re taking Gay Social Club members from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to Europe for a hosted Pride experience across London, Madrid and Berlin – this truly is the big gay trip of a lifetime.

It’s two weeks of travelling through Europe with a curated group of Gay Social Club members – sharing accommodation, key Pride moments, group dinners, spontaneous nights out, slow mornings, and everything in between.

Some activities are late and loud.
Some are low-key and slow.
With everything designed for you to opt-in or out of depending on your vibe – giving you full flexibility.

What ties it together is the social structure – a group you arrive with, Pride plans you don’t have to organise, and hosts on the ground so you’re never figuring it out alone.

You’re free to explore, opt in, opt out, sleep in, stay out late, or do your own thing – but you’re always part of the group when you want to be.

It’s Pride across Europe, all as part of our community, and completely curated.

HOW IT WORKS

The price below is for the
Gay Social Club Pride Experience
– travelling as part of a hosted group, led by people who know these cities and know where to go, with accommodation, planning, hosting and key group moments included.

In addition to this, you’ll need to organise and pay for your own flights and personal spending,
which are not included.

THE GAY SOCIAL CLUB PRIDE EXPERIENCE

$3,600 AUD per person (incl. GST)

This is the cost of the Gay Social Club experience itself.

It includes:

All accommodation across London, Berlin and Madrid
Full planning and coordination of the trip
Hosted group moments, including selected group meals
Pride meet-ups and key social moments
On-the-ground hosting and support throughout

You’re not just booking accommodation – you’re joining a group, with built-in social connection and local gay-scene knowledge in each city.

ADDITIONAL COSTS YOU’LL MANAGE YOURSELF

These are not included in the Gay Social Club price and are paid directly by you:

Return flights Australia ↔ Europe
Internal Europe flights (London → Berlin → Madrid)
Food, drinks and personal spending
Any optional activities you choose to do in your free time

We provide guidance on timing and routes, but bookings stay in your control.

To keep the trip flexible and give you control over how you travel and spend, the following are organised and paid for individually:

Flights (international and within Europe)
Airport transfers
Travel insurance
Most meals and drinks (all meal moments will be organised to be together (optionally), however meals are not included and are pay-as-you-go)
Any optional activities you choose to add on

Everything else – accommodation, group coordination, hosting and key shared moments – is handled by us.

⚖️ A BALANCED GROUP (WE GET IT’S IMPORTANT)

To keep the experience social and inclusive, we’re curating a balanced mix of ages and genders across the trip, with activities to suit all genders, sexualities and ages.

Our aim is to have a roughly even mix across the following age groups. We may close out age or gender categories as spots fill to keep a healthy group dynamic.

From nightclub nights to café mornings, this trip is designed to hold multiple energies at once to accommodate all ages, vibes and energy levels – whether a party diva, or a slow morning icon, this trip caters to all!

This two-week experience combines the world’s largest Pride weekend with time in three of Europe’s most iconic gay cities – giving you both big moments and space to actually enjoy the trip.

🇬🇧 ~ LONDON

We start in London for the biggest shared moment of the trip.
Note: London Pride dates for 2026 are not yet confirmed officially. Our itinerary is planned around the most likely early July parade weekend based on prior years, and historical data.

Wednesday 8 July – Sunday 12 July 2026

From London, we head to Berlin for a full mid-to-end-of-week stay that includes the weekend.

What’s happening

Travel day London → Berlin
Time to experience Berlin’s nightlife, bars and clubs
Culture, galleries, neighbourhoods and long breakfasts by day
Optional group meet-ups, with flexibility to do your own thing

Berlin brings a different energy – expressive, creative, and iconic – and having the weekend here means you can experience the city at its best.

🇪🇸 ~ MADRID

Sunday 12 July – Thursday 16 July 2026
4 nights (Sun–Thu)

We finish in Madrid, where the pace naturally slows and the focus shifts to food, warmth and connection.

What’s happening

Travel day Berlin → Madrid
Hosted group dinner
Chueca bars, tapas hopping and late dinners
Markets, parks, museums and café mornings
A relaxed farewell night to close the trip

Madrid is about enjoying the city properly – long meals, warm nights, and leaving Europe feeling satisfied rather than exhausted.

Paid directly by you:

Return flights Australia ↔ Europe: approx. $2,000 – $2,200
Internal Europe flights (London > Berlin > Madrid): approx. $300 – $500
Food, drinks, and fun money: varies by person and travel style

Note: Many members spread costs over time, use points for flights, or treat this as their one big trip for the year. Everyone travels a little differently, and this guide is here to help you plan in a way that feels right for you.

Important note on flights
London Pride 2026 dates have not yet been officially announced and are expected to be confirmed in January 2026. This itinerary is planned around the most likely Pride weekend based on historical dates.
We strongly recommend waiting until Pride dates are confirmed before booking international flights, or booking flexible fares. In the unlikely event dates shift, members will be notified immediately.
